Cosmetic acupuncture works by stimulating blood flow to the skin, boosting collagen and elastin for skin cell rejuvenation and tightening facial muscles. This reduces fine lines and wrinkles, enhances skin tone and overall skin radiance.

 

​I create a bespoke treatment by focusing on any areas of your face that may be prone to ageing - the jowls, cheek area, between the brows, as well as any other fine lines or wrinkles. Any makeup is first removed and then I start inserting very fine needles into points on your face. This is a holistic treatment and I also insert a small number of needles into your body to calm your mind and improve your energy flow so that you both look and feel good.  I choose these points based on your individual needs and any underlying health or emotional conditions you may have.

Once the needles are in place I massage both your feet and hands with essential oils to aid relaxation.

After the needles are removed, I apply facial oil before relaxing gua sha (gentle scraping using jade stones) and facial massage to stimulate circulation.  I then apply contouring serum.
