So much broader than moment-to-moment happiness; it's how satisfied we are with our life as a whole, our sense of purpose and how in control we feel.

And yet increasingly we're experiencing stress from all aspects of modern life - our own health, issues with family members or friends or the demands of education or work.

88% of UK employees experienced at least some level of burnout over the last 2 years, with a third feeling physically and mentally exhausted frequently due to pressures within the workplace (HRnews 2023). 

Our emotional reaction can show as anxiety, stress, worry, anger, frustration, tiredness, sadness, fatigue, sleep problems and ill health. This can become a vicious circle. Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed and struggle to make changes.  We may try to cover what's going on inside or find quick fixes but the problems remain.  

Acupuncture treats you as a whole by helping to restore your inner harmony - enabling you to unwind, sleep better and feel more connected to your own body.  This helps you to start making small, positive changes to improve your health and wellbeing.
