Increasingly we are feeling stress from all aspects of modern life - our own health, issues with family members or friends or the demands of education or work.
88% of UK employees experienced at least some level of burnout over the last two years, with a third feeling physically and mentally exhausted frequently due to pressures within the workplace (HRnews 2023).
Our emotional reaction can show as anxiety, stress, worry, anger, frustration, tiredness, sadness, fatigue, sleep problems and ill health. This can become a vicious circle.
